As Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Harriet Towler is responsible for engaging stakeholders to have their say in future plans and strategy for Severn Trent Water. Harriet has completed a number of charity events before including marathon walks but climbing Kilimanjaro will be the most gruelling. “From speaking to our customers, we know a safe reliable supply of water and effective sanitation are services we very often take for granted. It’s only when there’s an interruption to supply that we realize what we’re missing out on. But for people in Tanzania, it’s a reality of everyday life.
