A Colleague Engagement Advisor, Loretta Smith is responsible for internal communication activities at Severn Trent Water. Loretta has recruited her dog Bobby to help her get ready for the challenge, they are often seen enjoying extra long walks in the hills. Loretta has also pledged to take the stairs to work instead of the lift – all 153 steps! “Working at Severn Trent Water has really drawn to my attention how easy it is to take water for granted.
